Guest Agreement:
The guest, or parent/guardian of the guest if the guest is under the age of 18, agrees to hold and keep harmless The Tiny Tiara and it’s employees from any and all property damages and/or bodily injury or damage caused during the event produced by The Tiny Tiara regardless of event location. The guest, or parent/guardian of the guest if the guest is under the age of 18, will assume all liability and responsibility for any allergic reaction of the guest or any other medical reaction or condition to the guest of any kind stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, use of any makeup, lotion, fragrance, face paints, temporary tattoos, stickers, glitters, nail polishes, removers, spa products, or any activity taken place before, during and/or after the party created, designed and produced by The Tiny Tiara. *
